Project management is one key element of Uhde Engineering Egypt’s quality services. The aim of project management is to ensure that our projects are executed on schedule. This involves not only correct and on-schedule reporting, but also time scheduling, man-hour planning and progress assessment as well as supervision of the individual activities and deadlines specified for all phases of the project on the basis of the work breakdown structure.

UEE uses computer-aided, project-specific procedures for project management. Central and decentralised computer systems with proven software are employed.

Within the UEE organisational structure project management is performed by a central staff group. The members of this group are experienced project managers who are familiar with the techniques / programs used in modern project management systems.
